Okay. I've given this whole Dr. Tabata thing alot of thought throughout the day. Here's how I should try to "game" it.
First, I'll do the squats. I really think I can get 22 - 25.
Then I'll do the Pull-ups. Being second, I think I can muster out 8.
Then the pushups. This is where things change. I think I'll just do 1. That's right, one. This will afford me approximately a 4 minute rest (the rest at the end of round 2, the pushup "work", and the following rest) to recover.
Then I'll hit the situps. Again, I can get approximately 18 - 21.
And finally the row. If I pull a 5 or 6, that suits me! Rowing is for pansies, anyway.
So the worst case scenario is that I'll score a 54. That, my friend, is a PR by only doing 4/5's of the work! CrossThink!
